Folios 178-179: Manley Dixon, Swansea. Captain New who servs with him on the impress service has informed him that he cannot meaningfully use the tender HMS Cleveland as another tender has recently arrived which can take on more many more men. He asks therefore if he might keep both vessels for a few days so that he can use one of them to transport his family to Bristol.
