Folios 145-146: Stephen Thomas Digby, HMS Vestal, the Downs. His letter concerns Richard Aubrey who is the carpenter aboard HMS Vestal. He has served in ships of the 6th class since 19 December 1798 and has done so well and diligently and so Captain Digby asks thathje be promoted to a ship of a higher class.
