Folios 565-566: William O'Bryen Drury, HMS Powerful, Spithead. Asks that Major Strictland of the Marines be given permission to go aboard HMS Powerful with the Marine party. The Major has been a member of a court martial which are being sent up to the Admiralty tomorrow, but says he cannot embark without permission until the court martial proceedings have been approved
