Folios 552-553: William O'Bryen Drury, HMS Powerful, Cawsand Bay. Several of the ship's officers have requested that he give the Admiralty his opinion of them. He can recommend Lieutenant Williams, William Lloyd, Master, William Collins, Surgeon, and Major Moorsome of the Marines as good officers.
