Folios 489-490: John Draper, HMS Porcupine, the Hamoaze. Commends Walter Stewart, Carpenter of his ship, for his work in repairing the vessel after the accident on October 1796. The builder at Plymouth has told him the repair was well done, recommends Mr Stewart for promotion.
