Encloses [no longer present] a list of French officers taken aboard his ship HMS Porcupine for passage from Plymouth to Quiberon or from the Ile de Dieu to Quiberon between October and December 1795 by order of Vice Admiral Sir Richard King and Rear Admiral Henry Harvey. Asks to be paid the usual allowance for entertaining them.
