Folios 519-523: William O'B Drury, London. He puts forward for consideration a plan to attack Texel with the purpose of destroying the forts and enemy shipping, including a detailed drawn plan showing Texel and surrounding land, with soundings and buoys marked in the channels between the islands. His proposal is to capture several large local fishing vessels, arm them with Carronades, land on Texel with Howitsers to attack the forts and at the same time use some of the vessels as fireships to set amongst the enemy shiping.
