Folios 503-504: William O'B Drury, HMS Powerful, Gunfleet. He has returned from the Hook of Holland with HMS Greyhound and HMS Garland. He lists 6 Dutch vessels observed at Hellevoet Sluys and he has heard that they are poorly manned. Lieutenant Reddy in HMS Flora joined him and his information agrees. There are 8 French vessels and 3 Dutch vessels at Flushing with French and Dutch Admirals flags. He has obtained a published account of the strength of the Dutch navy in Amsterdam which he is sending. He has now received orders to continue under the command of Captain Savage.
