Folios 499-500: William O'B Drury, HMS Powerful, Gunfleet. He has anchored here as ordered by Admiral Duncan but neither HMS Garland or HMS Greyhound are here. He reports difficulty in finding a Pilot to take him from the Downs to Gunfleet. HMS Powerful ran onshore several times but managed to get off.
