Folios 138-139: Thomas Dewey, Exeter Naval Rendezvous. He is returning the letter from Sir Charles Morgan, Commanding Officer of the 11th Regiment of Foot, who were at Tiverton and holding John Kilkenny, a deserter from HMS Saturn. When he sent an Officer to Tiverton he found that they had marched for Colchester taking the prisoner with them.
