Folios 110-111: Maurice Delgarno, HMS Leander, Plymouth Dock. He is returningChristpher Peek's memorial with his recommendation.
Folio 112: enclosure with folios 110-111 dated 7 January 1796 from Christopher Peek, HMS Leander, Plymouth. He asks to be appointed to a ship currely being built or to a ship in ordainary, as he is no longer capable of acctive service due to a series of accidents to his knees sustained onboard HMS Arethusa, HMS La Modeste and HMS Leander, the last of these in Lisbon.
Folio 113: enclosure with folios 110-111 dated 18 January 1796 from Edward Pellew. Mr Peek served under him on HMS Arethusa, then left to become Carpenter on HMS La Pompee. Before his accident he was an excellent Carpenter and an active and dilligent Officer.
