Folio 67: H.D.Derby, [Henry D'Esterre Darby], HMS Adamant, Spithead. He has been appointed to command of HMS Bellerophon which is now at sea which preculde him from the indulgence allowed to Captain's on exchanging ships. He asks for an order to discharge the established number into HMS Royal William until HMS Bellerophon arrives.
