Folios 57-58: H.D.Derby, [Henry D'Esterre Darby], HMS Adamant, in the Tagus. As ordered by Vice Admiral Vandeput, he will sail home with the Lisbon convoy. The Admiral sailed in HMS St Albans with HMS Emerald. He received a letter fom the Admiral enclosing a letter to Captain Cooke of HMS La Sybille which had been brought in HMS Aurora. HMS La Sybille arrived last night and he gave Captain Cooke the letter.
