Requests the appointment of another Lieutenant as Mr Carter his Third Lieutenant wants to stay at home as he’s appointed to Lord Bridport’s ship. His Sixth Lieutenant, Mr Waring he supposes will be discharged when he has an order to discharge Admiral Vandeput. He has a vacancy for a Fifth Lieutenant.
