Folios 455-456: James Douglas, HMS Saturn, Portsmouth. Reporting his orders from Sir Peter Parker to receive one hundred men from HMS Canada dated 22 April. 29th April he received eighty six of them. Understands the remainder are on HMS Crescent at Spithead. Contrary winds prevent him from leaving harbour. Except for the men he is ready for sea.
