Folios 418-419: Sir Ross Donnelly, HMS Pegasus, Spithead. Asks to have Lieutenant Derby, HMS Terror appointed Lieutenant to HMS Pegasus. He would have applied for him before had he known where he was.
Folio 420: enclosed in folios 418-419. Letter dated 13 November 1795 by Lieutenant J. Derby, HMS Terror, St Helens. Says Mr Newton has told him there is a vacancy on HMS Pegasus. Asks to apply.
