Folios 403-404: Sir Ross Donnelly, HMS Pegasus, the Downs. Arrived 4pm yesterday. The transports were in the Gulf stream and had not quite reached the anchorage. He is not sure they will make the Downs as it blew violently last night and it is very full of shipping. They can see some vessels but he doesn’t know if they’re his.
