Folios 393-394: Sir Ross Donnelly, HMS Pegasus, Leith. Is sorry to inform that he left with the transports containing the Northumberland fencibles and part of the 134th Regiment on thew 18th but the wind changed and he returned to port in bad weather. Was going to sail this morning but it chopped down to the southwards.
