Folios 239-240: John Dilkes, HMS Madras, Long-reach. Understands only fourteen 10lb and 32lb ordered for the ship leaving two spare ports on the lower deck (intended for 32lb guns). Requests an order for two of each sort as the ship can easily carry them, saying its very unpleasant to be so much weaker than necessary.
