Folios 149-150: Maurice Delgarno, HMS Leander, Portsmouth. Encloses Lieutenant Vose’s reasons for not joining HMS Leander.
Folios 151-152: enclosed in folios 149-150. Letter dated 18 June 1795 by Lieutenant James Vose, Douglas, Isle of Man. In reply to his letter of the 11th June says his health prevented him joining HMS Leander. This he certified with the Commissioners by the affidavit of a Physician.
