Folios 121-122: Michael de Courcy, HMS Pearl, Plymouth. Acknowledges letter 20 October appointing Captain of HMS Magnanime. Asks that he can take a portion of HMS Pearl’s complement with him. Says he can deliver the Pearl to the Dockyard Officers next Monday.
Folios 123-123A: enclosed in folios 121-122. Detailed condition report about HMS Pearl signed Captain de Courcy and John Luke, Carpenter, 12 October 1795.
