Folios 261-262: Sir Andrew Snape Douglas, HMS Queen Charlotte, Portsmouth Harbour. Concerning the capture of a Danish brig the Concordia laden with wheat. When her papers were sent to the Doctors Common, James Marriot said that her cargo was neutral property and the master sued for compensation and won. The captain is asking for relief.
