Folios 241-242: William Domett, HMS Swift, Spithead. Recommending that a survey is done on the health of his boatswain as he is no longer capable of discharging his duty.
Folio 243: enclosure with folios 241-242. Note dated 2 July 1794 to say that no other boatswain has been appointed.
Folios 244-245: enclosure with folios 241-242. Letter dated 1 July 1794 by James Hall, HMS Royal George, Spithead. Due to ill health he is requesting that he is allowed to be superannuated.
