Folios 674-675: John Davie, HMS Favorite, Plymouth. Reports William Ramsey, late Boatswain of HMS Favorite, has returned from Sick Quarters at Cork and he has been directed to put him on the books as a supernumerary until a decision is made on his future. Advises that he is a feeble old man incapable of active service, being incapable of going aloft.
