Folios 657-658: George Davies, HMS Charles in Humber. Reports setting sail with Trade for Elsineur and that he has transferred the foreigner who boarded his ship at Toningen and subsequently declared himself a deserter from the French Army in Hanover to HMS Helder to await their decision.
Folio 659: enclosure with folios 657-658. Letter dated 5 July 1805 by Benjamin Walker, HMS Helder, Hawke Roads to the Admiralty. Encloses a letter from George Davies regarding the French Deserter who is now on board his ship and awaits their direction.
