Folios 655-656: George Davies, HMS Charles, Humber. Reports arranging a medical for William Todman, Lieutenant on HMS Helder at the request of Captain Walker. He has a diseased and obstructed liver and incapable of doing his duty. An order has been given for Michael Girvan, Surgeon on HMS Helder and John Kirkman, Agent for the sick and hurt seamen of Hull, to conduct the survey and as he is sailing to Elsineur the report should be sent direct to the Admiralty.
