Folios 645-646: John Davies, HMS Otter, Downs. Reports discharge of Henry Hutson as per order and returns enclosures.
Folios 647-648: enclosure with folios 645-646. Thomas Two affidavits to the Admiralty. Isaiah Moorsom, Surveyor; Francis Gibson, Collector and Thomas Parkin, Controller to the Admiralty, 17 July 1805. Certifies that Henry Hutson. an Apprentice belonging to the ship Aimwell, was impressed in February 1805 and that Master Francis Agar has made an oath before them. Folio 648, Francis Agar, Whitby to the Admiralty, 19 July 1805. Requests the discharge of his Apprentice Henry Hutson and the return of his Indentures. Explains that the reason given for impressing him was that there was no description on the Indenture.
