Folios 252-253: Francis Douglas, HMS Cyclops off Lymington. Response to a request to state the case of Jacob Langarott, who was pressed and is said to be a subject of Prussia. Reports that he was impressed off an English merchant ship at Portsmouth and sent on board HMS Royal William, then to HMS Victory and has since served on HMS Ville de Paris and HMS America. He was drafted onto HMS Cyclops and has been on board nearly five years. He states he has not received the Bounty, is not married in England and has not documents to proved he is a native of Prussia.
