Folios 216-219: John Draper, HMS Weymouth, Madras Roads. Reports his arrival with dispatches from Ceylon at Trincomalie after parting company with HMS Aurora. On arrival he found that the East India Ships, Royal George, Abergavenny, Henry Addington, Wexford and Bombay Castle did not proceed down the Channel ahead of him. These ships were part of his convoy and he provides extracts from the ship's log book and outlines the actions he took with regard to tracking their movements.
