Folios 200-201: Adam Drummond, HMS Dryad, Cove of Cork. Reports four men have given themselves up as deserters from their Regiments, taking the benefit of the King's Proclamation of 21 October 1805. They are: Stephen Chapman, Private Royal Marine in the 4th or Queen's own Regiment of the Heavy Dragoons; John Kay, Sergeant Royal Marines in the 25th Regiment of Foot; Arthur Studley, Private in the 55th Regiment of Foot and Edward Green, Non-Commissioned Officer from the Wexford Militia.
