Folios 144-145: Philip Dumaresq, HMS Charwell, Hamoaze. Encloses a letter from Peter Lacy, Carpenter on his ship, soliciting to be superceded from the ship.
Folios 146-147: enclosure with folios 144-145. Petition dated 28 June 1805 by Peter Lacy, Plymouth Dock to Philip Dumaresq, HMS Charwell. Asking to be superseded as a Carpenter on HMS Charwell as he has been unable to get someone to take his place.
