Folios 93-94: Henry Duncan, HMS Minorca, Chatham. Reports that his journals and certificates for the time he was Lieutenant on HMS Narcissus from 2August 1802 to 6 August 1804 and on HMS Royal Sovereign from 7 August 1804 to 5 October 1804 have been lost on the passage home and requests that an Order is made to dispense with them and his pay released.
