Folios 76-76A: Thomas Dundas, HMS Naiad, Plymouth Sound. Encloses a copy of the letter he has written to the Commander-in-Chief and a letter of the list also sent.
Folios 77-77A: enclosure with folios 76-76A. Letter dated 6 January 1805 by Thomas Dundas, HMS Naiad, Plymouth Sound to William Cornwallis, Admiral of the White. Reports on the morning of 2 January 1805, close to the harbour of St Andero, detaining the Spanish ship Neustra Genora de las Dolores. Having on board valuable spices and cargo along with twenty five men, he towed her to safety in Plymouth Sound. Awaits Orders from Vice Admiral Young and if these are not forthcoming, he will proceed to sea immediately after removing the people from the detained vessel.
Folio 78: enclosure with folios 76-76A. An account of the spices and cargo on board the Spanish ship Neustra Genora de las Dolores detained by HMS Naiad 2 January 1805.
