Folios 61-62: George Dundas, HMS Elephant, Yarmouth. Having previously submitted a request from Lieutenant Billie Hall of the Royal Marines serving on board HMS Elephant to resign his commission, he requests that the sooner this is accepted the better. Reports he has challenged his senior officer and this has escalated to him striking him in the presence of many people.
