Order dated 5 October 1804 by the Right Honourable Lord Viscount Nelson KB, Duke of Bronte in Sicily, Knight of the Grand Cross of St Ferdinand and of Merit Knight of the Order of the Crescent and of the Illustrious Order of St Joachim, Admiral and Commander in Chief in the Mediterranean, HMS Victory, Toulon, to William Durban, HMS Weazle. Order to commission HMS Ambuscade now in Gibraltar as a Post ship and for William Durban to be its Acting Captain.
