Folios 242-243: Man Dobson, [Sea Fencibles], Killybegs, Ireland. Reply to directions dated 1 November 1804. The only Lieutenants under his Command are Lieutenant Archibald Walsh and Lieutenant John Glover, the former at the Signal Station at Maulinmore [Malinmore] and unfit in his opinion for any service as he has stated to Admiral James Hawkins Whitshed and requested that he might be superceded, the latter is in the Sea Fencible Service very ill and incapable of doing his duty, which he has also represented to Admiral James Hawkins Whitshed that he might return to England to recover his health.
