Folios 205-206: George Digby, HMS La Fleche, Cork Harbour. Lieutenant James Mould having been appointed by an Acting Order from Admiral Sir William Young on the 6 June 1804 to HMS Temerare [Temeraire], and no other officer has been ordered to replace him. I request a Lieutenant be appointed.
