Folios 198-199: Edward Stirling Dickson, HMS Inconstant, Spithead. Request the three men:- Alexander Tough, William Harper and James Cropley who were sent home in HMS Diligence with his dispatches from Goree be returned to HMS Inconstant as she is seventeen short of her complement. Alexander Tough and William Harper are now on HMS [?] and James Copley is on HMS Merling [Merlin].
