Folios 241-242: Archibald Collingwood Dickson, HMS Sceptre, Long Reach. He has discharged 12 Greenwich Hospital pensioners into HMS Zebra Bomb. He requests sixty Men from other ships to assist in navigating HMS Sceptre down the river. Carpenters are also needed to line lower deck posts and scuttles, and other tasks.
