Description

Folios 234-235: Archibald Collingwood Dickson, HMS Sceptre, Woolwich. He opened the letter addressed to the Senior Officer at the Back Yard, Long Reach. He transmits the letter D. Parker sent about his Chief Mate.

Folio 236: enclosure with folios 234-235. Letter dated 23 March 1803 by Dan[iel] Parker, Prince of Orange, Long reach. Informs that Edward Rackham, Chief Mate of the Prince of Orange was impressed last night, and he now lacks adequate staff.
