Folios 228-229: Archibald Collingwood Dickson, HMS Sceptre, Woolwich. Grateful for an improper letter to the Admiralty Board being stopped. He has now written that since Lieutenant Wrayford has not joined his ship but Lieutenant Bromley has been active in fitting the ship, he recommends the latter as the senior officer.
