Folios 680-681: Philip Charles Henderson Durham, HMS Endymion, Spithead.
States that a warrant for Thomas Bloomfield, the boatswain's mate, was signed for him at about the time the ship sailed and was returned to the Admiralty. He hopes that the warrant has not been cancelled and recommends Bloomfield.
