Acknowledges yesterday's letter enclosing orders for the Senior Officers of the ships and vessels employed off Ferrol, and for the Officers commanding the frigates and sloops under the orders of Lord St Vincent. Undertakes to carry out the orders should he meet with any of the vessels concerned.
