Folios 180-181: Stephen Thomas Digby, HMS Hecla, the Nore. Has received the orders through Vice Admiral Graeme to make good his ship's defects at the Nore. Points out this is not possible as the leaks are such that the main mast must come out and part of the deck must come up. The Board of Ordnance have also ordered that the powder should be removed. He hopes that the ship will be ordered to a suitable place for repairs.
