Folios 217-218: Billy Douglas, HMS Sandwich, [Chatham]. As directed he has been on board HMS Hero and has enquired into the circumstances contained in the enclosed letter [not included]. Ordered the hand[s] aft and asked if they had cause of complaint against their Commander, they all declared they had none. Asked if they had been refused liberty and no was their answer. [Three page report on complaints and incidences. Mentions Lieutenant Thompson].
