Folios 213-214: Billy Douglas, HMS Sandwich, [Chatham]. As HMS Victory was ordered to be paid off and HMS Eagle to be fitted as a Dutch Hospital Ship as soon as she was ready he moved the Dutch Sick prisoners from HMS Victory to her, at present there is no order for the Lieutenant Commanding HMS Eagle to receive the Surgeons and his assistance to take charge of the Hospital. Requests the necessary orders for them to be entered on the books of HMS Eagle.
