Folios 190-191: Billy Douglas, HMS Sandwich, [Chatham]. Lieutenant McGee having applied to Admiral [Andrew] Mitchel for leave of absence for the Surgeons Mate of HMS Camperdown the Admiral has referred him to me, the Lieutenant is perfectly satisfied that the arrangement the Surgeons Mate has made will enable him to spare him for three weeks, the time he requires to settle his private affairs. I request to know if there are any objections to his leave of absence.
