Folios 176-177: Billy Douglas, HMS Sandwich, [Chatham]. Thomas Brooks, Boatswain of HMS Sans Pareil doing duty on HMS Sandwich has been rendered unfit for service by a fall, (several months since), down the hatch way, He has served the necessary time for Superannuation, and has applied to him for that purpose. Requests he be superannuated.
