His agent, being informed at the Navy Office that the establishment of HMS Princess, being that of receiving ship - prevents him having all the additional Pay and Servants, allowed since last May to Officers Commanding Prison ships.Requests he be granted the same as for all intents and purpose HMS Princess is a Prison Ship.
