Folios 163-164: Daniel Dobree, HMS Blonde, Nore. Report that as ordered by Admiral [Andrew] Mitchel, [HMS Isis] in the Texel, he proceeded to the Nore and on 20 October 1799, the Pilots anchored the ship, under the Shipwash Sand, the wind and tied not permitting them to proceed further. On 21 October 1799 [two plus pages with details of the problems of getting to the Nore arriving on 24 October 1799].
