Folios 163-164: Daniel Dobree, HMS Blonde, Nore. Report that as ordered by Admiral [Andrew] Mitchel, [HMS Isis] in the Texel, he proceeded to the Nore and on 20 October 1799, the Pilots anchored the ship, under the Shipwash Sand, the wind and tied not permitting them to proceed further. On 21 October 1799 [two plus pages with details of the problems of getting to the Nore arriving on 24 October 1799].
Folio 165: enclosure with folios 163-164. A return of Dutch Volunteers received on board HMS Blonde. [Total of 279].
Folio 166: enclosure with folios 163-164. Letter dated 19 October 1799 by Andrew Mitchell, HMS Isis, to Captain Daniel Dobree, HMS Blonde. Orders to proceed to the Nore with all possible speed and on your arrival acquainting the Secretary of the Admiralty and applying to Admiral Graeme for orders respecting the Dutch Men you have on board and the Supernumerary Royal Marines.
